Service Description

As an Executive or Sr. Manager, you've been around the block and seen a thing or two. That said, there is always room for improvement and the opportunity to get a check-up and have some regular support outside of your leadership team and peers. With 2 hour-long sessions per month, you have the opportunity to mold your time into what is most relevant for you. Do you need to figure out how to connect more with your team while staying out of the weeds? Are you struggling with a team that is overwhelmed and more emotional in these precarious times? Is your department or company lacking in DE&I and you need outside suggestions and support? Or do you need a sounding board in how to take your business to the next step, be it scale, innovation, or a more effective infrastructure? This package will give you the time and opportunity to delve into those issues and more. You'll start with a free, hour-long intake session to ensure your coach is the right fit, and you for them. From there, you will schedule a regular cadence of sessions to fit within your schedule. You and your coach will fine-tune your needs and track your successes together to ensure you are getting the most out of our service.
