Service Description

As a new leader of people, it can seem daunting to prioritize where you should lean in and lean out. If you have been promoted from within, you may find yourself challenged to go from being a peer to a manager. Or, if you are a new leader in a new company you may be unsure of how to navigate onboarding, training and building trust with the team. With 2 hour-long sessions per month, you have the opportunity to mold your time into what is most relevant for you. Often times, new leaders report into individuals with little to no management experience or understanding of how to effectively be a leader of leaders. This can lead you to burnout, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem and a fractured team culture. It's also vital that you foster a healthy team environment and build a regular cadence of team meetings, 1:1s, and development planning to help the team scale and move forward with your/the departments initiatives. This package will give you the time and opportunity to delve into those issues and more. You'll start with a free, hour-long intake session to ensure your coach is the right fit, and you for them. From there, you will schedule a regular cadence of sessions to fit within your schedule. You and your coach will fine-tune your needs and track your successes together to ensure you are getting the most out of our service.
